Can I buy a package with everything included?
Our booking page has everything you need (Not inc flights), we keep each part separate to give you the most flexibility when booking your adventure to Rise.

What airports can I fly into?
Grenoble is our closest airport with coach transfers available from our booking page. Lyon & Geneva are also under three hours away.
When do the parties start?
Everyone is arriving in resort Saturday 16th December with some small welcome parties on Saturday night. The main event including both ski and music begins on the morning of Sunday 17th December running until Friday 22nd. Most people leave Les Deux Alpes on the morning of Saturday 23r December.
Can I book my ticket then come back at a later date to arrange accommodation and transfers?
Yes – To save the most money, we advise securing your ticket early. You can come back any time to add accommodation or other extras. At checkout simply log in using the same email address and your new purchase will be added to your account.
Can I book flights with Rise?
No – Flights must be booked separately
Where are the Rise Apartments located?
The Rise Apartments aren’t in a set location. They’re split across a number of accommodation blocks. They will all be of the similar standard, self-catered, kitchenette, bathroom, and be in a central location for both snow and parties. In a few weeks, we will be adding loads more accommodation including chalets, hotels and apartments.
Tip – To save the most money, book your ticket now while the free ski hire offer is still available, then coming back and book accommodation at a later date. You simply log in at checkout using the same email address and it will be added to your booking.
Can I pay monthly?
You can log into your account anytime and pay chunks from your remaining balance. Some people choose to log in each month and pay an amount from their balance, others pay everything upfront. It’s completely up to you.
I’ve paid a deposit for my ticket/accommodation, what date do I have to pay the remainder of the balance?
All balances must be completed by 17th of November. Tickets and accommodation can still be bought after that date if they are available but must be paid in full at the time of booking. You can log into your account anytime here and pay money from your balance.
Do I have to pay a damage deposit on my accommodation?
Yes, everyone who has booked accommodation must pay a damage deposit per person on arrival. This is returned to you once the room has been checked for damage. Your damage deposit will be returned to you within a week of return to the UK.
When will flights be released?
Most Airlines release flights around April. Last year Easyjet flew from across the UK to Grenoble our closest airport for around £50 return.
Tip – Search the whole of the UK on Skyscanner to Grenoble, France (GNB) it will give you a list of all the cheapest airports. Sometimes flying from London, you save money flying from one airport and returning to a different airport.
When will the lineup be released?
Our lineup will be released in Summer – Sign up by email to our mailing list to be the first to hear who’s performing at this year’s Festival.

I can’t make the entire week, can I come for a few days?
Our tickets are for the entire week but you’re welcome to come and leave whenever works for you.
